This is the WORST auto warranty company I have ever dealt with!! DO NOT BUY A WARRANTY FROM THEM THEY WILL NOT FIX ANYTHING. I paid $2090 for an extended warrany on my Volvo and now they don't want to fix the tire rods which happens to be a $600 claim. I think there are a bunch of teenagers running the show because every time you call over there they don't know anything.

Give me a full refund of $2090!!!!

I DON'T KNOW WHAT YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT. I purchased a policy from
them, paid $1800. Not only did they completely replace my transmission
($2500) within the first year, but 2 years after that my water pump
went up ($800!) they paid for that as well. GREAT COMPANY, GREAT
CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

I AGREE!! They sold me the 'bumper to bumper' warranty. When I tried
to get something fixed they said it was only a drive train warranty!
Now it's been 3 months of calling everyday to get my refund! Ben
the accountant is never in his office. What a poorly run opperation!
DON'T DO IT!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!
